YOX Hydraulic Couplings

Hydraulic couplings are one of three types of couplings when divided by function, including:

– Shaft coupling: This type is used to permanently connect shafts, only when the machine stops and the shaft is disconnected will the shafts separate. This shaft coupling has types such as: tight shaft coupling, elastic shaft coupling, compensating shaft coupling, etc.

– Clutch: This is a coupling with a structure also known as a hydraulic coupling or a torque converter. They are used to connect or separate shafts with other rotating machine parts at any time. Clutches usually have the following types: friction clutch, engagement clutch, electromagnetic clutch, etc.

– Automatic clutch: This is a type of coupling that can automatically connect or separate shafts with many different rotating machine parts. Automatic clutches have the following types: safety clutch, centrifugal clutch, one-way clutch, etc.

Note:

1. For YOXII560, Lmin=489, H1max=170 for motor shaft diameter ≥F95; Lmin=529, H1max=210 for motor shaft diameter ≥F100.

2. When H1 and H2 are larger than H1max and H2max, L will increase accordingly.

3. TVA562, 650, 750, 866 are licensed products manufactured by Voith Tubo GmbH & Co. KG, Germany.

4. The screws inside the shaft as shown in the drawing are optional.
